A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My facilitation style: Friendly, warm, open and inquisitive while finding humor in the quirks of being human.
I get a real kick out of: People having an ‘aha’ moment about why they do what they do.
What I most look forward to when working with a new client: Helping a client gain insight into why they do what they do. Breaking down real life situations to illustrate how people’s motivations contribute to their actions is a superpower I have.
Outside of work, you’ll find me: Listening to Coaching and Enneagram podcasts, reading fiction, taking nature walks with my dog Cookie, enjoying a good beer and loving on my two teenage sons
My dream client: A person that is willing to do the introspective work that will lead to dramatic changes in his or her life and relationships.
The number one thing I’ve learned as a coach: Once you hear a person’s story, everything about their actions begins to make sense.
