Zandi is an entrepreneur, facilitator and coach, who had further training in entrepreneurship, transactional analysis and coaching skills based on the International Coach Federation’s core competencies. Her career expands over 13 years in the coaching and skills development sector, where she started off as a junior personal development facilitator and client liaison for a Human and Organisational development company supporting, organising and executing different projects, workshops and events.
At the Raymond Ackerman Academy of Entrepreneurship Development, she built her resume as a personal development facilitator and mentor where she built many entrepreneurs skills and confidence towards professionalism, pitching, presentation, self-awareness and personal branding.
Her work in the Media, Creative Arts, Television and Film industry started when she became a lecturer, coach, and a mentor at the Big Fish School of Digital Filmmaking, successfully supporting, giving guidance, direction and mapping the careers of many self-driven and ambitious students in front and behind the camera.
She also worked at various futuristic and development-oriented organisations such as the Cape IT Initiative and Rainbow Arts Organisation, where she provided support, guidance and helped young talented professionals reach their personal and professional goals.
