What gets me out of bed in the morning: personal relationships… I am a people person and love interacting with my family, friends, colleagues and clients. Especially when there are challenges to be solved.

What I most look forward to when working with a new client: I love meeting the people and identifying areas for growth.

Outside of work, you’ll find me: spending time with my family, friends, pets and outdoors. I love travel both locally and internationally and have lived long term in Latin America, Africa and Europe enjoying the different cultures and languages along the way. I keep active through a variety of sports and love “roughing it” on camping trips.

My dream client: Must be committed to the process and come to the table fully ready to engage, learn, and implement changes along the way.

The number one thing I’ve learnt as a facilitator: Is the guiding role I play in the process, relying on my experience to help clients develop ongoing action plans for long term growth.
