A Little About Me

My facilitation style: Inspiring, intuitive, inclusive, conversational, engaging and peer-peer learning focused.

What gets me out of bed in the morning: Good book, my toddler, good cup of coffee and a long run with 80’s rock music.

What I most look forward to when working with a new client: Meeting them where they are at, exploring where they want to go and what we can collaborate on to get them where they want to be in the future.

Outside of work, you’ll find me: Spending time with my family and friends, going on  long walks with my toddler, (looking for all the cute dogs in the area) watching documentaries on human behavior and human motivation and cracking jokes with my 70-year-old neighbours.

My dream client: They appreciate their unique superpowers, that of their team members and recognize the value that each individual brings to the table. And they have a great sense of humor.

The number one thing I’ve learnt as a facilitator: Key is to bring in everyone, making sure that my facilitation style will allow even the shyest person in the room to find their voice and express their ideas and experiences freely and walk away feeling inspired to take action that will have an impact on their lives and those around them.
