Jo is an ICF Accredited Structural Alignment Coach with over 17 years in experience in sales and people management. She is naturally drawn towards people and enjoys making lasting connections. Jo’s passion for coaching comes from her belief that if you provide people with the support that inspires growth, it creates personal and team growth. She finds that there is nothing more rewarding than seeing people create and get clear on what excites them and brings them closer to clarity and vision.
With 17 years in sales and a natural strength to connect and communicate clearly with people, Jo’s passion and joy is about seeing others grow and excel and seeing others live their best lives!

My facilitation style: Honest, direct, fun and motivating
What gets me out of bed in the morning: My children!! As well as what possibilities and adventures the day could bring.
I get a real kick out of : Connecting with people with an opportunity to learn, laugh and still be surprised.
What I most look forward to when working with a new client: Helping them see that they have all the answers in themselves, I’m just the lucky one that gets to join them on their cool “aha” moments.
Outside of work, you’ll find me: Wanting to run, read, travel and be in nature. For this season it’s mostly spending time with my young family and usually planning a way to socialize and connect with my people to make memories.
My dream client: Someone that is bold enough to be honest with where and who they are and brave enough to start the journey of growth, truth and clarity.
The number one thing I’ve learnt as a coach and facilitator: I get the gift of supporting others whilst they choose the path and the destination. I look like I’m the star but its ALL the client and their journey.
