A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My facilitation style: Engaging, Activating. Fun. Approachable. Genuine. Practical.
What gets me out of bed in the morning: Time with my family, Exercise, a round of golf and a chance to inspire & activate people.
I get a real kick out of: Seeing people believe in themselves. Creating workshops and talks.
What I most look forward to when working with a new client: Having the opportunity to co-create an impactful process with them that will help them make the breakthroughs they are looking for and to inspire them to greater levels of impact.
Outside of work, you’ll find me: Spending time with my wife and 2 kids in and around Cape Town. Exercising, swimming or playing golf. Watching F1 and reading new books.
My dream client: Has a genuine desire for and commitment to the process of growth within themselves and their teams. Open to new ideas, and be passionate about their people and fun to be with.
The number one thing I’ve learnt as a facilitator: Knowledge is not power, it’s the application of knowledge that creates the power to change and make a real impact. It’s the commitment to action that is the differentiator and I love to help people find those 1 or 2 things that will make the real difference in their lives and work.
